Sports physicals to be offered at Field High School on June 8th.
Field Athletic Department will be offering sports physicals to any student who will need one for the 2024/2025 school year.
The physicals will be given in the athletic office on June 8th from 9-12. No appointment is needed.
Physicals will be $20.00. Checks can be made out to Field Athletic Boosters.
This exam will allow you to participate for the entire 24-25 school year in athletics without interruption. Physical exams are good for 13 months from the date the doctor signs the paperwork. Doing this on site will alleviate any confusion or lost paperwork. Students should come with their portion of the OHSAA Physical Form completed. Click here for Physical Form.
