Field Local Schools Announces James Dutched as New Head Football Coach
Field Local Schools is pleased to announce James Dutched as the next Head Football Coach for our district. Coach Dutch has been a dedicated member of our football program since 2020, bringing an impressive wealth of experience and expertise to the team.
Since beginning his coaching career in 2013, Coach Dutch has excelled in various roles, including strength and conditioning coordinator, quarterbacks coach, offensive coordinator, and several other offensive/defensive positions . In addition to football, he has coached track and field throughout his career, further showcasing his dedication to developing well-rounded athletes.
Coach Dutch is deeply committed to continuing a program that builds successful student-athletes both on and off the field. Over the years, he has established strong relationships with our coaches, players, and community, making him an integral part of the Field family. His leadership and vision align with our mission to prioritize character development, teamwork, and academic excellence.
A graduate of Toledo Central Catholic, Coach Dutch played collegiate football at the University of Toledo, where he earned his degree in Exercise Physiology. He then went on to complete his masters degree at Kent State. He has been teaching health and physical education for the past 10 years, including his time here at Field since 2020.
